Partial Wedding Planning

Partial Wedding Planning is for couples who have already started planning their wedding, but who feel like they need professional consulation on a few areas. You might have already chosen a venue and theme, finalized your guest list, and sent out invitations, but you’d like help with catering décor and wedding day management. We work with the two of you to coordinate all the important details so you can enjoy the weeks and days leading up to your wedding!

Preparation
Two consultations in-person and unlimited access via phone or email to discuss:
- Design concept that will set the tone for planning process
- Ceremony layout and reception-planning
- Detailed checklists and reminders
- Monthly status updates
- Timeline and setting dates
- Unlimited access via phone or email
Vendor Selection and Coordination
- Vendor service recommendations (caterer, officiant, florist, photo/videographer, DJ, décor, and baker)
- Review all service vendor proposals and contracts
- Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors via email
- Contact vendors two weeks prior to the wedding date to confirm final details
- Review of checklist and final details
Wedding Day
- Full day wedding coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception for up to eight (8) hours on wedding day.
- Additional assistant provided at no charge (if needed and dependant on availability.)
- Oversee vendor and décor setup at ceremony and reception sites
- Assist wedding party with attire and use of wedding day emergency kit
- Manage the timing of the event with vendors wedding party, family and guests
- Distribute flowers to wedding party and family
- Placement of décor items guestbook table, seating chart, candy table and other light décor
- Final inspections on setup, seating placements/count, table/escort cards, décor, etc.
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Work closely with DJ/MC/Band to ensure they are well-prepared according to finalized timeline
- Review reception activities and timing with photographers/videographers
- Manage reception according to timeline: grand entance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts etc.
- Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors (paid by Client)
- Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items with family member, wedding guest or designated location
- Confirm clean-up crew will be on-site at end of the wedding
